Week’s Thoughts – D05

Another week gone by.

Looking back on my posts so far I have seen myself move away from being completely overwhelmed to finding my path for this journey.  I still have a lot of details to work out and some major changes I need to start incorporating but I am excited and eager for the challenge.  Here’s a quick review of how I did this week:

Morning coffee:  4 / 5  (this one is going to be hard)

Sugar laden scone:  0 / 5  (this was by far the easiest! )

Afternoon soda:  3 / 5  (usually corresponded with the days I ran in the morning)

Morning run:  3 / 5  (really need to work on getting consistent with this)

Miles:  7 – average mile was 13:54  (über slow week)

Indoor soccer games:  5  (3 W / 2 L – 4 goals)

Extra workouts:  1  (went to the SoccerFit class on Tuesday)
