My focus needs to be on getting in my extra workouts and stretching.  I would also like to improve my fruit and veggie intake.

Week’s Stats

Morning coffee:  5 / 5  (going to stop tracking this one)

Afternoon soda:  3/ 5

Daily run: 5 / 5 (that is two weeks in a row!)

Miles: 19  (average mile – 11:41)

Indoor soccer games:  4  (2 W / 1 L / 1 T – 3 goals)

Extra workouts:  1 / 2  (1 at home – barely)

Stretching:  2 / 5  (barely)
