Running in WA – D148

Spent a long weekend in Washington State visiting my family which ment I got to do three runs in the glorious Pacific Northwest. I love running up there with the lush under-growth, looming trees and mysterious low-hanging fog. Twice now I have sought the elusive sea level stamina/speed break through and twice I have been thwarted… C’est la vie!
