With the change in workout / running routine I am going to have to change up how I post my week’s stats.  Here is my first attempt:

Week’s Stats

Soccer Workout:  1

Speed and Agility Workout:  1

Running and Miles:  2 (10 miles – average pace: )

Stretching:  2

Indoor soccer games:  3 ( 2 W / 1 L  – 0 goals)

 

Not sure I am in love with the format…
