Week’s Thoughts – D166

Dismal week…  Sunday and Monday were the only highlights.

On Sunday I worked out with my soccer coach for a grueling hour skills session then went for my long run and maintained 10+ minute miles.  I had a great speed and agility workout Monday morning with my trainer but then everything fell apart.  Tuesday my competitive woman’s team played at 8pm (and won!) but my intermediate game was not scheduled until 10:15pm.  I had planned to run on the treadmill in-between games but I was SO tired after the first game!  I made sure we would have enough players then bailed and went home; I was asleep before 9:30pm.  Wednesday my competitive team played at 11:15pm (we lost >.<); I elected not to go for my run in the morning, again figuring I could get some time on the treadmill before the game.  Uh… nope.  Thursday I raced from class to meetings to the office to dinner to bed.  Again, no run.  No foot skills workout.  No stretching.  Bah!!!

Today I am so tired I can barely keep my focus.  The likelihood of an evening run is exiguous at best…
